各位跑友，山友：
我們是一群來自香港的跑步及行山愛好者，同樣熱愛跑步這項運動，但更熱愛我們的家 – #香港。
自6月9日 #反修例 活動事件開展至今，我們親歷了一連串的不公義，特首對大眾市民的合理訴求置若罔聞，警方對待抗爭者的手段公然違法及暴力升級，都令我們既心痛又義憤填膺。
作為社會的一份子，我們希望透過大家熱愛的運動團結起來，為香港獻上愛與和平的祝福，表達守護民主自由的訴求。誠邀所有跑友於2019年8月23日晚上8-10時一同參與「#香港之路 #獅子山」#人鏈活動：
1. 此活動乃和應8月23日「香港之路」人鏈活動，由 #樂富- #回歸亭- #獅尾-#獅頭
2. 歡迎具基本行山經驗的參加者，請穿著舒適服裝及運動鞋，並攜帶足夠食水
3. 請自備頭燈或電筒，於活動期間亮著，務求使人鏈可從九龍甚至維港兩岸清晰可見

Dear runners & trail runners,
We are a group of passionate runners and trail runners from Hong Kong. We love our sport, but we love our home Hong Kong the most.
We are heartbroken to witness the events of the past few months starting from 9 June 2019 arising from the anti-extradition law movement and disappointed to see how the CE keeps ignoring citizens’ rightful claims and Hong Kong Police’s illegal and violent acts under both domestic and international law.
We wish to display our united spirit for peace and love and hope that you all will join us to participate in the following ‘The Hong Kong Way (Lion Rock Route)’ event on 23 Aug 2019 2000-2100:
1. The route will be a sub route connecting the HK Way event on 23 Aug at Lok Fu to Hong Kong Memorial Pavilion and crossing the top of Lion Rock.
2. Anyone with basic hiking experience are welcome to join. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and remember to bring water.
3. Please bring torches/head lamps and turn it on throughout the event so that we will be visible to the entire Kowloon and Island coast areas including Victoria Harbour.
